Description:he fall volleyball season is scheduled to being the week of September 10, 2007. The winter volleyball season is scheduled to begin the week of Januarary 7. 2008. League entry fees are as follows:
$200.00 plus $15.00 per match official’s fee.
Please note: officials must be paid in cash on the court before matches begin.
** There is a $50.00 deposit for a forfeit fee. If any team forfeits during the season, they will lose half od the deposit. If any team forfeits two matches during the season they will lose all $50.00 and will be dismissed from the league. This deposit is refundable at the end of the season if a team does not forfeit any matches. The deposit must be paid separately from the registration fee in a check or cash only.
** All entry fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Teams that win their league in both fall and winter season will have the opportunity to attend the Michigan Parks and Recreation State Tournament in March. If two different teams win each season there will be a one match playoff. Any team interested in attending the State Tournament must have their team roster completed and submitted by February 1, 2008. Teams that have participated in the 2006/2007 Warren Parks and recreation Volleyball seasons will have priority . Registration begins Monday, August 20, 2007. New teams can begin registration Monday August 27. 2007. Because of limited amount of gym availability, teams are encouraged to register early.
